My reason for being an artist is simple - to communicate. I create art not to make a statement, but to start a conversation. I do not strive to strike awe into anyone’s heart, but to create a conversational piece akin to a mirror or a good bottle of wine.
Pei-Chen was born and raised in Taiwan. She grew up in a small town in Tamsui, Taiwan. She decided to be an artist at age 8. Spent most of her time on making arts.
Her art is greatly connected to personal introspection. Her works are about to remind people to think and find out what is important in lives. Because she believes that life should not be lived only for the individual, but also for others. Inquiry:
